On Tuesday, September 29, JM IB teachers gathered for a rich and engaging Theory of Knowledge (TOK) session, exploring key aspects of the TOK framework, with a special focus on how it can be meaningfully integrated across different subject areas.

The session provided a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, raise questions, and reflect on teaching and learning through new perspectives, reinforcing the interdisciplinary spirit at the heart of the IB programme.

A heartfelt thank you to Fr. Maher Btaiche for leading such an insightful and thought-provoking workshop, and for generously sharing his expertise, experience, and passion with our team.

On September 29 and 30, our KGI little students opened the door to an exciting new chapter filled with wonder, discovery, and joy!

With bright smiles, curious minds, and eager hearts, they explored their new classrooms, met new friends, and began creating memories that will last a lifetime.

✨ Welcome to KGI, where very day brings new opportunities to explore, imagine, and shine! 💛📚🌈

As October 1 approached, our Elementary I students joyfully celebrated the Feast of St. Thérèse of Lisieux, the patron saint of our building.

Throughout the celebration, students reflected on St. Thérèse’s inspiring words, listened to hymns honoring her life of faith and love, and expressed their devotion by bringing flowers to place beneath her statue.

It was a simple yet meaningful celebration that reminded us of her timeless message: that great things are done with great love, even in the smallest acts. 🌹✨

In preparation for the new school year, a Montessori workshop was held for Preschool teachers, providing a valuable opportunity to reconnect with the materials, deepen the understanding of their purpose, and strengthen overall educational practice. By cultivating a deeper appreciation of each material and its core objectives, educators are better equipped to offer children meaningful learning experiences that foster independence, concentration, confidence, and a lifelong love for learning.

Starting the year with a different kind of Math!

Our Secondary students kicked off the school year with challenges that went beyond numbers, exploring problem-solving, teamwork, confidence, perseverance, and creative thinking.

Through puzzles, brain teasers, and engaging activities, they discovered that every challenge is an opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.

A new year, new challenges, and one message: Let’s make it count!

Beirut through curious eyes, where culture, discovery, and positive energy came to life!

On Wednesday, September 23, our 3S and IBDP2 students enjoyed an enriching tour with Sightseeing Lebanon, exploring some of Beirut’s most iconic landmarks, including Downtown, the National Museum, and the Mim Mineral Museum.

It was a day rich in stories, heritage, laughter, as students deepened their appreciation for the history, culture, and beauty of the city we proudly call home.

The first day is always special and worth capturing.

Here are our EII students as they begin a new journey, ready to learn, grow, and carry the flame forward.

Passing the Flame. Lighting Tomorrow.

Ahead of the new school year, our preschool teachers gathered for an opening Mass, renewing their commitment to guide each child with love, patience, and purpose.

May God bless our journey and the little hearts entrusted to us.

Every JM classroom is a torch that passes hand to hand. This year we add our light to that torch. Welcome back, JM students— the flame is yours now.
