Qitabi 2 SEL Workshop

The Guidance and Counseling Department, as well as the EII and Intermediate Principals, participated in the Qitabi 2 SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) Workshop funded by the USAID. The four-day sessions focused on the importance of integrating SEL in all aspects of the learning experience in order to ensure and enhance the development and well-being of our students. The experiences shared among the 63 educators from 34 different participating schools were very enriching and clearly portrayed that we are on the right track!

مدرسة يسوع ومريم – الربوة تخرّج طلابها للعام الدراسي 20022-2023

خرّجت مدرسة يسوع ومريم – الربوة تلاميذها للعام الدراسي 2022 – 2023 في 4 تموز الحاليّ بحضور راعي أبرشيّة أنطلياس المارونيّة سيادة المطران أنطوان بو نجم، والنائب الأسقفي العام المونسنيور شربل غصوب، وحضور النائب الياس المر إلى جانب رئيس المدرسة الخوري موسى الحلو، وأسرة المدرسة والأهل

استهلّ الاحتفال بالنشيد الوطني اللبنانيّ، وكلمة ترحيبيّة من عريفة الحفل إيلينا الأسمر خريّجة المدرسة

ثمّ رحّب رئيس المدرسة الخوري موسى الحلو بالحضور، وتوجّه الى الخرّيجين بالدعوة الى شكر الوالدين والمربّين على التضحيات والجهود طيلة خمسة عشر عامًا، ودعاهم الى المواطنيّة الصالحة وحفظ وديعة الإيمان، ثم تمنّى لهم النجاح في الحياة. كما شكر الخوري الحلو الهيئة الإداريّة، والأساتذة، وكلّ من ينتمي إلى عائلة يسوع ومريم على الجهود التي قاموا بها وما زالوا في ظل التحدّيات التي نعيشها اليوم

بعدها كانت بركة وصلاة من راعي أبرشيّة أنطلياس المارونيّة سيادة المطران أنطوان بو نجم، الذي تمنّى للتلاميذ النجاح، وطلب من الربّ، عندما يواجهون التجارب والتحدّيات، أن يرسّخ في قلوبهم كلمته حتّى ينطلقوا من مدرسة يسوع ومريم إلى العالم الجامعيّ، حاملين معهم القيم المسيحيّة والإنسانيّة ليعيشوا بثبات ويلتزموا فيها بفرح

أمّا مديرة القسم الثانوي السيدة ناتالي الهاني، فدعت التلاميذ إلى أن يحلّقوا عاليًا باتجاه آفاق جديدة، مزوّدين بمحبة أهلهم، وأن يستمتعوا بالحياة، من دون أن ينسوا عائلتهم، ومدرستهم، وبلدهم. تمّ بعدها توزيع الشهادات للخرّيجين، وألقى التلاميذ الكلمات باللغات الثلاث العربيّة، والفرنسيّة والإنكليزيّة

End-of Year Activities

As an application to the last writing skill, they learned in their English classes, Grade 2B wrote fantasy short stories and illustrated them all on their own. A marvelous way to end the year!

Chocolate tasting

After reading the story “Chocolate Planet”, the Grade 2A and 2D students ended the school year by having a chocolate tasting activity with their teacher. They had to close their eyes, pick a piece of chocolate, and guess what kind of chocolate it was. A delicious way to finish the school year!

Gr 4 & 5 Hillhout trip

As a yearly tradition, Grade 4 and Grade 5 students went to Hillhout for an outing where they participated in many fun games and activities. They ended the school year in a fun way like no other.

KG III Graduation

The first chapter in their school life is over. The KG3 class of 2023 celebrated the occasion with a joyous and emotional ceremony. Students graduated from Preschool without fear as God continues to lead them throughout their lives.
