Grade 8 students participated in an engaging activity titled Mirror Match: Exploring Congruent Right Triangles.
In this exercise, students cut out several right triangles of varying sizes and worked to identify pairs of congruent triangles using the Hypotenuse–Leg (HL) and Hypotenuse–Angle (HA) congruence properties. They labeled corresponding sides and angles and explained their reasoning for determining congruence.

This interactive approach allowed students to visualize, apply, and justify triangle congruence in a fun and meaningful way, reinforcing both conceptual understanding and proof-based reasoning.
