The Grade 8 students visited Chateau Oumsiyat in Mtein, and Dairy Khoury in Ain El Sindyeneh, where they witnessed the processes of fermentation, production, and packaging. Not only was this trip educational and fun, it was also lovely since the professional team of Dairy Khoury made sure students leave with a generous goody bag!
