

May is Celiac Disease Awareness Month! To help students distinguish the medical necessity of a gluten-free diet for those with celiac disease and its adoption as a lifestyle choice by others, the Intermediate Division’s Science Department hosted an informative assembly on Thursday, May 22, 2025. Principal Ms. Josy Fadel shared her personal insights from living with two family members who have celiac disease, illuminating the daily challenges they face. She also acknowledged the Lebanese Celiac Community for their dedicated efforts in raising awareness and supporting families throughout the country!
