Mental Health Awareness

This Mental Health Awareness Month, our Grade 7 and 8 students came together for an honest conversation about how they feel.

Guided by Ms. May Eid (Social Worker) and Ms. Melissa Bou Antoun (Psychologist) from our Guidance and Counseling Department, students were reminded that asking for help is a sign of strength, and that no one should navigate hard moments alone.

At JM, mental health is not a monthly conversation — it is a daily commitment. Reach out. Check in. Be there for each other.
