After being captivated by the story of The Gingerbread Man, the Grade 1 students were ready to make gingerbread cookies during their English class. The students were kind enough to get the ingredients from home and then enjoyed the baking that took place. Hands and mouths smeared with chocolate, they went back home with their own story to share with their parents!
